Came in late yesterday afternoon with a popped out lens and Emma swiftly helped me out. She couldn't put the lens in and consulted with another staff member to help me out.
Ended up with new frames as it was deemed a manufacture fault and had the glasses re-fitted to my face.

Everyone was extremely professional but lacked any personality whatsoever they were talking like they were reading from a script, they were helpful but needed more pizazz because I couldn't get any of them to crack a legitimate smile.. That's worrying.

Awesome service, the staff is very attentive. Good variety of frames to choose from and great deals, easy direct claiming with Medibank and did not have to pay a cent. Can't wait to see my new glasses!

The staff here are extremely professional and helpful. I went for my first eye test and got my first glasses. I was nervous going in but I actually found the experience enjoyable. Plus I found glasses I love that I think suit me quite well. All thanks to the amazing staff!

Thorough, super friendly and know their stuff. Great opening hours and keep contact lenses in stock, which has meant they've been able to rescue me twice now when my glasses were lost.

Thank you to Hayley in the MetCentre Spec Savers.
Hayley was very helpful, professional and friendly. She helped me pick out glasses that fit and I could finally see after wearing glasses that did not fit or have the right prescription. Hayley was very patient and spent the time to solve my concerns. She is an asset to Spec Savers with genuine customer service - very rare in today's world. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this optometrist. The optometrists here provide exceptional service. The experience here was far better than OPSM George Street.

Moved from OPSM a few years ago because the poor service and Conor and the team at Specsavers Hunter St have proven it was the right decision every time I visit. No stuffing around, quick but not rushed. Personal and caring, and what feels like genuine advice that's right for me rather than making sales. Really couldn't ask for better service and I'm a hard man to please!

Amazing customer service. I usually buy contact lenses from spec savers online. However today my glasses were loose because they were bend out of shape. The staff were quick and efficient to assist me.

Great service - optometrists Connor and Greg are wonderful. Sasha and her team are really fantastic at making you feel welcome and selecting the perfect glasses. Sarah is a master at frame selection. Well worth a visit for a great bunch of optometrists and a friendly team who will help you with all your glasses needs.
