Visited the Woollahra store to organise a lampshade, thought I would just have a very plain one but the girls advised to add a bias trim top and bottom and to cut the fabric on the cross - the result equalled a real Designer feel!

Just went to buy a rug and service was pretty awful, the two workers were rude and not very helpful, they acted really busy when only one customer was at the shop. This is the reason why I love buying online! The return policy at the counter say's "refund if product doesn't fit it's purpose but they don't offer refund so why even bothered having a refund policy. When I go to a shop and feel that I do the shop a favour that's when I don't buy even if it's a rare item.
