Surprisingly large and good rooms. Ideal for a few people to share. Well located and good staff.

Loved the spacious room and great location. Parking and getting dropped off is a hassle as there's no where you can "drop off" and check in if someone is waiting for you. Great place overall and would stay again

Not impressed. Parking is limited to none existant especially if you have anything bigger than a little hatch or mini, does have an expensive large public car park next door.

Rooms are hit and miss. Room standard are rating 2, my room carpet was marked and stained. Bathroom bench severely marked. Lack of seating around table (2 chairs). Cutlery & crockery limited. Aircon very noisy. Noise from other rooms quite audible. Very much not disable friendly.

Check in was total chaos, just didn't seem to know. Check out was a complete and utter disgrace. Tried to charge for auxiliary items and parking - both were not used. Reception staff on check in and check out seemed to have no idea (different people).

Overall for the price the facility does not live up to the Best Western brand name or reputation. The convenient proximity to our venue is the only saving grace.

Good comfortable accommodation with everything u need. Close to walking distance to everything in the CBD. Glass and shower needed attention but everything else good.

The room is nice and specious. Great location. However the room smelt when we first arrived and i noticed it was coming from the sink. Also i was given a broken portacot to use which im really not pleased about. I notified staff but they had no replacement. And i also told the reception not to have cleaners enter my room after they woke my son 2 days in a row without even knocking on the door first they just walked right in.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Room was comfortable and clean and VERY spacious! it is perfect for a weekend escape with friends or a relaxed stay for family. Location is excellent, just next to the Sea Life. And walk distance to Crown. ( just cross the river ). Will definitely recommend to my friends. :)

Really convenient position. I stayed in the Annex, and found the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. A little worn around the edges maybe but still perfectly fine. My room overlooked Flinders Lane, and was mostly quiet except for the sound of glass bottles being tipped into recycling bins and trucks at nearby bars in the early hours, so I'd suggest earplugs if you're in one of those rooms and want an uninterrupted sleep. Enjoyed my stay and felt at home.

When booking it had pictures of the water but the apartments are facing the wrong way to view the lake. They have a great price for the location and size of the room. I would recommend this place to a friend.

My family and I wanted the eighteen level hotel and we booked about a month ago but when we went to check in they put us into a three level building on the first floor and there was a fowl smell in the room and the room itself was old and dated. The rooms we saw on the internet were very nice and modern so basically these people scammed us.

Wonderful!
BIG thank you to VANESSA & NATASHA for their most modest assistence and direction for a lost mother and daughter duo in the big city!
Especially when we parked next door but we're meant to be at a different location - you guys were great for two exhausted travelers from the country down for medical appointments.
The room is beyond satisfactory and so comfortable, and the rate well within reason, thank you so so much!

Stayed for 2 nights to see in the New Year, double room, clean, tidy, great location, access to tram. Could walk to Spencer Street outlets and other shopping precincts. Watched the fireworks on the balcony great view, have already spoken about booking the room again.
