Great customer service and the staff here really know their stuff! I came in with a puncture on my first bike (Reid road bike) and one of the staff (I think his name is Evan) was really helpful. He gave me some really useful advice and was able to find the right tyres I needed for my daily commute. He also gave my bike a really good tune up (at a very reasonable price too). I highly recommend seeing the guys here and I know I'll definitely be back. The coffee is top notch as well!

I've taken my road bike (used to commute) in several time to get it serviced. First time it was serviced by a young Californian man (I think no longer works ther) who did a fantastic result with same day service. So good I changed from getting it primarily serviced at De Grandi to Berretta's. The subsequent three times have been very different stories with my bike un-rideable after a full service; most of the gears out of alignment slipping between each turn and simple things like the trim needing readjusting. Beretta's has been recommended to me by other riders, and their advertised prices are the best in Geelong (and have been for years) so presumably other people are getting great service, but for me, there are plenty of other bike services in Geelong and I won't be going back.

I called into this shop on my way to riding along theGreat Ocean Rd. Asked Paul for some advice on the best rides. He plotted a course for us on Stava and spent at least 20 mins chatting and helping us.
