Very comfortable and clean, but 2 adults in the studio room would have to be very good mates.

Value for money is really good. Stayed in a 2 bed room apartment. Clean, air-conditionin every room, OK kitchen. The pool is small but nice.

Super easy and friendly booking and check-in. Our room was a combined 1 bed apartment and plus 2 bed apartment, which worked beautifully for us - 2 adults, 4 teenage children. Great cooling, beds, washing machine, dryer, etc. made this a fantastic base for our FNQ trip. Excellent parking for our hired people mover. The pool areas are much better in reality than in the pictures - fantastic areas, with BBQs and outdoor eating. Place was very quiet and peaceful. Staff brilliant, especially Angela. We will be back for sure. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Great family rooms which were fairly family friendly and only a 6 minute walk to the center of Port Douglas.
2 good pools with gazebo shelters with BBQ, fridges for your food and beer so easy to hang out by the pool with friends.response / report this review -

Great room, good location but manager was very inflexible and unwilling to help when my son had a serious illness and could not travel. This was a deal breaker and I will not return to this resort or recommend it to anyone.
If you book with them make sure you get travel insurance because if something happens you will lose your money.response / report this review -

Great location, well maintained and modern units. Great for short stays and plenty of room for 4 people. Nice pool in the complex and only minutes walk from the main drag. Will be back again.

Great location, few mins walk to the town and marina. Self contained modern apartments, very large in size. There are two swimming pools and two BBQ facilities which are very useful.
The staff is very helpful, booked all the tours for us at reception. We had a wonderful holiday at Bay Villas Resort.response / report this review -

It was the cheapest place we could find for a few nights in Port Douglas. So, we weren't expecting 5 star, but it was fairly basic. Definitely not luxurious but compared to the rest of PD, it was a quite cost effective. It's about a 10min walk from the town which isn't that far if you are able bodied. Didn't use the pool. Didn't have any issues, the staff were helpful. It was just a pretty basic hotel. So if you go with the right level of expectation, then you won't be disappointed :)
