Great place for families. The rooms are clean and the pool is wonderful. Close to everything. Shops, beaches etc.
The staff here are always happy to assist anyway they can. Buffet breakfast is fresh and there was loads of fruit and baked goods.

Do not stay here! My wife and I were torn between the Sheraton and Peppers. Both were similar priced, but we choose Peppers because we thought it was a 5 Star resort. Upon checking in we were told our room was ECO Friendly. It did not state this ANYWHERE when we made our reservation and if it did I did not truly understand the meaning. Eco friendly is a nice way of stating everything is extra. If you want fresh towels daily and extra toilet paper when you run out it is an extra $20 a day. If you want maid service it is $90. This is crazy! Also breakfast and wifi are NOT included. I met a nice family from Sydney at the pool and they were as shocked as me when they found out. Not only does this place try to cheat you out of money but the kitchen is only open certain days, so if you do a tour and are too tired to walk to town don't expect to go to their restaurant for dinner unless it is a designated night. Stay at the Sheraton or QT to avoid these problems. The only thing this place has going for it is their location.

Lovely accommodation. Great for families with young children, as well as couples. The pool is surrounded by sand which is a nice touch and is perfect for young children. Very close to the patrolled beach. Short walk to Macrossan Street. Friendly staff The room we stayed in was well maintained and equipped. Very happy.

An amazing resort. Close to all of the shops, and right next to the beach. Great staff, however the peppers pool in Palm Cove is better. Food in the resort is expensive but very nice.

On day 2 of our holiday and this place is amazing.. staying in rooms 225/226 and they are big enough for mum and dad and wife and 2yo. 3 rooms with plenty of space. Massive pool with beach feels. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing holiday.

Nice resort. Not many of the preferred rooms though. And careful asking for a plunge pool room - they face the street and fully exposed. Nice grand pool though. Nice restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner.

Beautiful room. We stayed in a suite with our 8 month old daughter. Great facilities. Continental buffet was good, small upgrade for hot food / eggs etc. Lagoon pool is gorgeous, impossible to resist.

We stayed one night during the Port Douglas running festival. The location was fantastic. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool is great for kids and adults. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant were conveniently located but more vegetarian options for dinner would have been good. Great stay and will definitely be coming back
