lookout for their cancellation policy. Tried to cancel a December booking in April, admittedly for a 'no cancellation' price but they charged my credit card in full. The place looks nice but not much goodwill from my experience.

The level of service thaf is provided here is second to none. The little things that are considered and provided, free of charge, just to make you feel at home in this place is incredible. Hats off to the staff and owners - we will be back!

What a beautiful place,
Super thanks to Marika,sorry if wrong spelling.
We arrived to a warm welcome,place is set up for easy fill through out. Help yourself kind of place,room was nice and new feeling. They even but and bottle of bubbly and balloons for my bday!
Pool is nice and warm,or cold in the day which is a nice change!
Service desk is cool relaxed feeling, super super helpful with all your needs. 3min walk to town center, and 1min to beach!

Did not expect this place to be so good. The staff are terrific, friendly, lively, informative. We have been travelling Australia for 6 weeks and this was first place that we were given a wifi password without having to ask for it.
Rooms are modern, clean and bright. A/C is appreciated and works well.
Location is just off the beach at the end of the main street, what could be better?response / report this review -

Great hotel. Full kitchen and very clean. Would definitely stay at again. The girls at the front desk were very helpful with planning activities and calling for reservations.

Absolutely fantastic place.
The staff are tremendous and the accommodation is top class in its class.
The owners are to be commended!!
Free activities, beach equipment and DVD library which is fantastic for families.
