Fantastic presentation of delicious food. I came here on a Sunday at 5pm, there was a friendly ambience and quick service. Would come back for the off-menu espresso martini.

Disappointing after reading rave reviews. There were no tables available so we were seated at the bar for dinner. We were served by a lady who explained the 'sharing' menu in a quick and perfunctory way. The shoulder of lamb was nice but not amazing, the pork was cooked pink and was tender but was bland. For me, there was too much going on with each dish. In summary, I think they're trying just too hard.

Had a brunch here last time visiting this place. The place was jam-packed with people, full of bustling energy. Tried the stir fried mushroom with shaved cheese forming like a bit of snow and some greens. Really simple dish, but quite flavorsome as well.

Had a lovely experience here for dinner, the staff are so friendly and service was amazing. The highlight though was the food! It was incredibly tasty and such fantastic quality. I was only in Melbourne for two meals and had them both here after the first one was so great!

Beautiful joint and great for groups. We especially loved the 90s music that reminded us of being back at school!
Food was beautiful and the wine list, excellent. As there were 8 of us, we had to go with the chef's selection. Everything was good but we through the bowl of raw vegetables was a little strange :)response / report this review -

Yum yum yum yum ! We had a friends birthday dinner here with about 10 of us and had the tasting menu, all their dishes on the menu!
Wow amazing !
Everything from their bread and butter, stuffed chorizo dates to the amazingly lamb shoulder was heavenly!
Service was great and a nice atmosphere!

Absolutely amazing. I went there for my 21st and ordered the Lamb Shoulder with my girlfriend. Service was amazing with constant refreshers/bread provided. Special mention to the knowledgable staff, especially the manager for his friendlyness and knowledge of all the food and drinks. Definitely will return!

This is our third time and it seems that whatever you order from the menu tastes amazing. The service is exceptional and if you have allergies you just let them know what they are and you do not have to worry about it. One of the top places in Melbourne.

Give me ALL the bread! I'd give this restaurant five stars alone for their delicious, complimentary offerings of such amazing carbohydrate goodness! If the samples are SO good, imagine how incredible the rest of the dishes are! Fantastic service and I appreciate the offering of half salves so I could sample more of the amazing dishes! Perfect service and very decent prices for perfection :)

Loved it! Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Food is outstanding. Cocktails delicious. Busy but not noisy. Bright, high ceilings & open kitchen allowing you to watch the chefs at work. No bookings unless you are a group over 7. Split bills accepted. Highly recommend.
