Two deliveries hours late. It seems a 5 hour window is way too small for them to even get close to.
Evan rang and confirmed they would be able to deliver in the am.
No commitment to standing by what was discussed. Just get a mouthful of sorries.
Hopeless customer service. No pint using a company you can’t rely on.
I understand there can be things out of there control, but to be 3-5 hours late on a delivery twice!!!!????

Ruined our property during delivery after having a pre-delivery consultation to ensure everything went smoothly. Unfortunately I was abused by the delivery driver who returned to inspect the damage saying it was our fault he ruined the wall of our housenot sure how! Took us weeks to even get them to return to look at the damage after countless unreturned emails and calls. Their tactic is abuse and intimidation instead of apology and compensation so recommend using Menai sand and soil instead.

Just had 2 tons of soil delivered. Thanks for a great job!
Ben came with the 21 metre crane for delivery down the side path of my house.
Ben only had 100 mm clearance each side all the way down the path and roof eves above. He got the full 21 mtr extension! Just amazing to watch!!
Plenty of friendly advice on the phone, easy order on line and constant TXT updates on ETA.
Brilliant all round service, thank you!

The decomposed granite I got was really good, but their method for mixing in the cement was pathetic (dumping it up and down with the loader a few times), especially given the extra cost. Save your money and mix it in yourself.

So wednesday 24/5 I ordered 3tonnes of soil for the 26/5 and I told and repeat few time to them that they can deliver the soil before 11am, so they arrive at 11.50 am and i could know about that because my wife call them at 10,50 am,the driver arrive in late ALMOST ONE HOUR and he came with a truck too big to drop the soil on my garden.
He asked to live the soil on the driveway but as we refuse it the driver just went away.
Next day i called to get a my delivery and explain me what happen and how solve this problem and this was the answer and options of BC Sand:

You can get your delivey but you have to pay again for the freight because according with them it was my fault that I didn t advise that my driveway was too narrow( it is a normal driveway as all my neighbors driveway), and instead to think that was their fault don t ask how was the place where they have to delivery.
So after i complain they offer me a second delivery with 20% discount on the freight.
Advise from my experience FORGET about these people,ABSOLUTELY ARROGANT.
I bought more soil from another company: Soil'n Stuff in Kogarah, it was everything perfect,

Their Top soil is rubbish, don't be fooled by the colour. I bought their top soil on two occasions and both times it was rubbish. It is so fine and it doesn't retain water.

Have bought a few things off BC in the past and service has generally been OK. In fact the delivery guys have been very good dropping stuff where I wanted without damaging driveway or nature strip. Front office is a different story. Last week I purchased 80 rolls of Sir Walter - they dispatched turf that had been sitting in a shed for at least 2 days and was half way to compost. I sent it back and was told sales would be in touch. No call from them so I rang and re-scheduled for a mid-week delivery. Failed to deliver on the arranged day and no call. Just not good enough.

dont buy Sir Walter Buffalo Lawn of BC it is junk out of 55 sq mts about 7 rolls had soil
on them all the rest were just grass tops no soil after 2 weeks of watering day and night
dead,high and low spots. rotary hoed soil to 250mm raked all smooth used 60 mm of top
quality turf under lay with starter.now lawn looks like crap got 7 nice green spots, holes an
half dead areas in the rest .pallet money return has taken 8 phone calls so far and sill no
money.
