Would like to thank all the staff at warners bay paint and panel. I took my 2013 sante fe in with a dent in the bonnet. They did an amazing job blending the guards to match the new bonnet. Its good as new. They keep me informed every step of the way. Ladies on the desk were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Fantastic paint job, customer service and had it completed in a great timely manner.

Fantastic service, regular updates and were happy to help when I rang and advised they had missed fixing the mirror. Made the whole process really easy. My car looks fantastic. Thanks WBP&P.

August 2018- had Warners Bay Paint and Panel repair a passenger quarter panel and passenger door that had been gouged on Armco. Also other minor paint repairs on 2 other areas.

I have had cars repaired at a lot of repair shops and often the paint colour is mismatched, 1 place badly, others better but still there. Often the paint is thin and does not match oem.

Warners Bay Paint and Panel did a superb job- colour spot on and the paint job was thick and luxuriant and exceptional. They did it on time, and fixed up a further stone chip/rust bubble on the A pillar without charging for that.

Superb in every sense- thanks for the top job.

I really think if you have a special car that is faded or paint damaged and want a top job for a whole respray this place would be great for that original OEM look as well.

2016- They replaced a rear chassis rail and did a fantastic job- slow and careful- Kloster Ford could not tell what repair work had been done.important if you have a high powered car that is your pride and joy

Even though it took a while it was needed as there was so much damage do the back of my car. After all the wait, it was worth it as it looks brand new. My small car lives on and runs like a champ.

These guys had my car for a long time after a big accident and did a great job on it. Chris was constantly in contact with me throughout the process and sending photos of the process along the way so I can see what was going. The girls in the office were amazing with communication and very helpful with any questions or requests that I had.

Once I picked up the car everything looked beautiful, and after spotting a few minor faults they took the time to fix them, even late on a friday afternoon.

    Thank you guys!

I handed over my SUV for an accident repair where the workmanship involved in painting the front door and panel. They kept postphoning the handing over of the vehicle as promised, more than three times. They had very scant respect for the customer and did not bother to even inform when the job is not completed by the promised day.It was like holding the customer for ransom, after taking over the vehicle.I manage to get the vehicle after three weeks.I must say the workmanship was very good though the customer experience was a nightmare.

My 520 hp car was driven backwards by my brother at speed , taking out the rear drivers side wheel when hitting a kerb at speed. WBPP were somewhat slow getting started on repairs, and then discovered the chassis rail had been hit. So was a major repair to replace rear chassis rail.

I was kept informed by text messages, and became frustrated by delays and they replied "We rather do it slow and get it right and you will be happy long term".

As it was taking time I went into shop a few times and looked at repairs as rail was taken out and then new one welded in and the repairs were just top notch.

There were some initial problems like a slice to a new rear tyre, and an exhaust drooping not being tightened and the rear diffusor being melted. But they attended that issue.

I took my car to the OEM dealer for a check over, and they could not locate where the repairs were and said it looks like new underneath, and had to be told what had been rebuilt, which was essentially the rear chassis.

So, in conclusion, their workmanship is top notch engineering wise, but they are slow and careful. And if you are driving a high hp vehicle you will be happy for the top quality work and will forget the time it took to effect repairs.

My car was sent here by NRMA after an accident. It took over two weeks to have the car assessed and they didn't even contact me to tell me that it was a total loss! They also didn't advise me that my car was no longer in their possession which had a lot of my personal possessions in it still! Their communication skills with clients is horrible, they even go as far as lying about trying to contact you! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
