The staff were lovely and I loved the lady that did my massage. Main issue I had is the place was fairly dirty and building is old and neglected. My husband and I found a lot of dust bits on our clothes, possibly fallen from the dusty ceiling, could tell floor was dirty when stepping barefoot.
Probably wouldn’t go again which is a shame as price is reasonable and nice staff and location.response / report this review -

We attended on Mother's Day a gift from my son the experience was amazing the lovely Maritian Staff was so polite not to forget the lovely feeling of being massage was so relaxed after. Now I need another will be contacting you again soon. Definitely 5 stars

This is one of my favourite places in the world. Rishta was a true professional who truly understood and ensured that you were being ‘pampered.’ I loved every single moment. She was also very courteous, professional, and very skilful. I highly recommend this place. The ambient, music, candles, and customer service skills were exceptional.

It was a horrible experience.
Firstly it is way expensive than any other good spa places.
Secondly, the Indian Lady did my back and shoulder massage speaks too much while doing your massage and the massage felt like a 4 year old kid is doing it. That Indian Lady didn't even let us enjoy the relaxing music.
I booked 30 minutes massage session for both myself and my partner and all she was doing was giving me relationship advices.
It wasn't relaxing at all, in fact after that we got traumatized.response / report this review -

My girlfriend and I recently got a couples facial and massage package. The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. We felt so relaxed afterwards and our skin felt amazing as well.
The couples room had a very cute homely vibe and it was a nice change compared to some larger chains that can seem quite clinical.
Would definitely recommend this day spa and beauty salon based on their professionalism and exceptional customer service.response / report this review -

wow, what an experience!!
from the moment my partner and i walked into Face Body Day Spa we felt completely relaxed. the layout and the decor contributed to the atmosphere of the pure bliss that you feel after every treatment. we tried several treatments and because of the results, we have made a promise to do this again and again, (and we have)
we both felt 10years younger !!
if you are truly looking for a place to unwind and feel like a celebrity. this is definitely it.
we would love to thank Sukhi and all staff for making us feel special and at home.

it has been the most pleasant experience in dealing with Sukhi. The facial I received was the best ever. I wish I had met her before. i highly recommend and I believe my wife is exited to visit her too.Thanks Sukhi you the best.

Unbelievable experience. First time at a day spa and didn't know what to expect. From welcome to end it was a pleasurable experience. Ivonne and sukhi were wonderful in making my experience one i will never forget. All at the spa were understanding in allowing me to use a expired voucher and this experience is one i will never forget.
I am definitely returning and will be bringing all my family here.

I have enjoyed a number of relaxing facials with a very pleasant young lady Sukhi, she is very dedicated to giving you the best treatment with great products. AMAZING!!! My friend who is a regular client of Face Body Day Spa bought me a gift voucher for "Ocean Memories Spa Ritual" for my birthday.I am so incredibly grateful for the service Face Body Spa provided me, I was greeted by the lovely therapists and offered a cup of herbal tea to sip on while i filled out the consultation sheet. The therapist gave me a tour of the lovely heritage house the spa is set in, The Spa is beautifully set up and very clean. The therapist then took me to the treatment room and explain my treatment and gave me instructions in a very professional and punctual way. I booked in for the "Ocean Memories Spa Ritual" package which included a mandarin full body scrub, a lagoon hydrotherapy spa bath, an hour full body relaxation massage and a deluxe Thalgo Facial which is all products that are marine based, smell divine and my skin felt incredible afterwards, my skin and face have never glowed and felt this soft before. I have been receiving many compliments from friends and family!. The hydrotherapy bath was very relaxing and the lovely smell took me away on a trip to the beach. the massage was very relaxing and the therapist knew where to target and focus on my body. as i was getting my facial the therapist suggested me products to use in my daily skin care routine and how to use them on my face. The best part was they did not push me to buy things and kept things very professional, I have never felt so comfortable in my life. I have told my friends about the Spa and they have booked in for a couples treatment, which will be next on my list. I look forward to coming back and hearing my friends experience's on the Spa, i absolutely can't wait to return. Thank you so much for the professional service and the relaxing treatment. I would highly recommend this Spa to everybody 12/10 from me!!

I visit Face Body Day Spa regularly. I find Sukhi and her treatments to be excellent and the atmosphere at the spa is very calming and relaxing. The products that are used are always first class and Sukhi's attention to detail always results in an excellent experience for me. Sukhi is very accommodating when I need an appointment, is always very courteous and goes out of her way to make your experience extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend this Day Spa to anyone who wants a quality treatment with friendly and caring staff. I find it unbelievable that anyone could give this salon anything other than a 5 star rating.
