I did a major service , timing belt kit and water pump for my2010 Passat and I get the car next day with dead battery and no front parking sensors.
Next day after a change the battery I contact the dealer to ask for assistance and Michael the manager if I'm not wrong hang up the phone after blame me what to expect for my car old 10 years and over 200k. Another local service found the front sensors connector unplugged close to the radiator cup when it was flushed the coolant.

Came to you guys wanting to buy a gti im on my p plates was told by the salesman he won’t sell it to me because apparently it’s banned I checked on vic roads and it said approved contacted the Berwick branch and they didn’t contact me back as I wanted to clarify got no response I contracted the Waverley branch only for the sales man to laugh at what the Berwick salesman told me the gti is always been and still is available took the time to Answer my questions I will be buying a gti through them it looks like.

Recently bought a 2nd hand VW, needed a few minor things done. These guys are super nice, straight to the point, and pretty fairly priced for a dealer. I work afternoon hours and they were happy to accommodate me dropping off/picking up around my work hours without any issue.

Not greeted when we entered. $1500 for wipers, front pads and rotors. Service advises did not greet when we approached.

Listening to another customer talking to them and they were also shocked on price and that there was no price confirmation. Customer waiting area leaves a huge amount to be desired.

Went into Volkswagen to test drive a Jetta, was up front with the sale rep(Paul P) that we are looking to buy a car in around 2 months and checking what is available in the price range. He was quick to point us to the gate and say if you are not buying now please come back later when you are ready. We were trying to explain that we need to test drive a car to make our mind up as to which model we should go with. But Paul was just rude and said no test drive the other models and come back.
It is fair to say I would not go back to Volkswagen again.
Berwick Mazda/Subaru/Honda and Hyundai all know how to respect potential customers as all of these dealers were happy to have us test driver their cars hassle free.

Myself and my extended family have now bought 4 cars from Berwick Volkswagen. We have them serviced there and we have found both the sales and workshop teams to be top notch. Of the 4 cars two have been used cars and Mark and his team are always helpful, his range of cars present like new ones. My brother purchased his 2 new cars from Rob and I can report that from the delivery and follow up service, he has been very happy. Special thanks to the finance team for beating our bank on all 4 occasions!! We don't live in the Berwick area and we haven't found service like it anywhere around the inner East of Melbourne that can match what we have experienced at Berwick Volkswagen. Highly recommend!!
