Great service, bought a new car online from Albion Park Mitsubishi, I live 200km away from them, just two times telephone conversation with Tom, very honest and clear communication, paid deposit, received contract, and bought the car within two hours, it delivered it to my place by a polite and friendly person, I can say the car is much better than I expected, thanks to Tom and his team at Albion Park Mitsubishi, definitely I recommend them.

Disgusting used car department. Refused to negotiate on Sunday 4th September on car priced at $29,770. Same car sold on Monday 5th September for $27,330. Complete waste of my Sunday Sean and Jade.

Just spoke to some lady about recall issues on my Pajero and she sounded like she was totally drunk. Talked over me when i was trying to explain something and kept talking over me and would not let me speak and she kept repeating her self over and over and in the end she was referring me to MM Customer Service then told me to contact Mitsubishi Motors on a Customer Service Number. Never in my life have i been spoken to from a corporate business who sounded like she had 6 too many drinks.
I will never do business with Albion Park Mitsubishi again..

dishonest and terrible. bought a brand new car from them and paid for the window tinting and paint protection. picked it up and was not done! took it back a week later and bubble filled windows and minor scratches on the car. One sales rep/ manager (Grant) used his fingers to rub it out and then ruined the paint protection by buffing it out. took it back for the first service and get the tinting and protection done again, nothing was done. took it back a week later and same again except i got called at 2pm to pick it up and didnt have it ready until 6pm. on the last visit, Grant lied to me about the time it would be ready and was rude but finally was done with scratches on my car. do not go to Albion Park Mitsubishi! never deal with them

I brought a brand new car from these company for my wife for our 25 wedding anniversary. Four days later it broke down I had it towed back there. Waited seven and a half weeks for a replacement. We heard every lie in the book from its Mitsubishi head office and the car yard. We are waiting for the paper work to be finalized was the answer we got most of the time. Needless to say my wife and I will never go back there to by anything. absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated. I would not even recommend the to my worst enemy.Think twice before by a car from these company.
