Just purchased 3 lengths of Hawkesbury Marine carpet to do a job identical to my neighbours. When I laid them side by side I was 90mms short. My batch was 30mms narrower than my neighbours. Mine was under and hers was over the 2metre width. I was not aware that batches varied that much and thought I was buying the advertised 2metre width. The job doesn't look too bad but I know there is a shortage of carpet in one area and keep looking at that area. Just be aware of if this when purchasing.

Sometimes the staff are rude . I hate when you go to the tool shop I gotta pay there what's up with that . Can't I pay anywhere in store . What's the difference. Every time I go there show them the receipt they scan everything in trolley . And one time I had a small man bag they wanted to check out everything in it . Im not a theif but get treated like one .

Always worth a walk to the storelove browsing through a vast space filled with everything and anything. Love the outside plant section and often spend lots of time looking through the stuff.

Less than helpful staff. Too busy socializing. Told me there store didn't have what I was looking for but it totally did.
This type of occurrence is normal for bunnings warehouse.

Its Bunnings. What more is there to say? Like most Bunnings stores, its a bit hit and miss on the weekend to actually come across a staff member who 100% knows their stuff. The staff are always friendly and super helpful.

The service in the trade area and special orders is terrible. They will not help you at all, unless you know the exact code these ladies will not check or look up for you or move from behind their desks. Very disappointing ! we renovate and spend thousands of dollars in this store. Some customer service training would not go astray.

Waited tooo long at the paint counter .
No one at the desk for 10min or more.
Only one checkout operating few trolleys libed up .went to buy plastic door handles
The only 2 different types interested in .
BOTH shelves were empty .no one around for assistance .BAD management on mid morning on a friday .

Service has improved lately with staff actually asking if you require help and getting the specialist to come visit your isle with advice. One staff actually picked up some out of stock item for me from Warrawong store.
Problem is they don't stock everything on the website and ordering in seems to be a hassle. Even if the position is there but empty the retail stock control is poor. i.e. they appear to stock it but don't. One reason why men in general hate retail.
I will try and order online if I can or go elsewhere after a phone call rather than go in the place because of above, and the noise from the blaring speaker overhead drives me mad and I cannot think straight. After 15minutes of torture I have to get out.
