Thank you, thank you, thank you..yesterday I went to two post offices which wouldn't help me. Today I went to Craigieburn North LPO and the lady was so nice and helped me without any issue. This is now going to be my post office of choice even though I live in Melton. Id rather travel and get great service than go close to home and have a hard time.
