  Every time I get a delivery from them they throw it over the fence! This is the last time I'm going to put up with it! I've had broken items and drenched items due to them throwing it over and then it raining on it! Not OK!!!

  There is ONE competent worker there. Otherwise, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, slow, unwelcoming, hopeless and rude!! They are the post office that deals with out deliveries and have lost 2 packages! Disgusting and unapologetic!

  Very incompetent staff. I was supposed to receive a parcel from overseas with a lot of expensive clothes inside. On the package the unit number was missing, but all the other data were correct. They considered it as a inexistent address and sent it who knows where (still have to discover where. I got this info from the call centre, not from them, of course). They didn't even try to call me (my phone number was on the package) to ask for the unit number. I guess their job is to try to deliver items, they didn't even try at all.

  Really friendly staff! Would be good if they can process more forms though
