Fast and efficient service..
This post office is usually very busy but
the staff are organised and work well together..
I was in the queue and I see that they have a
good system.the man with glasses quickly
do the children's check and the lady will
do other things so customers can go through
faster..
The passport photos are good quality and
the right size so don't go anywhere else let
them do it
Also I read other review of someone complain
about parcel collection.that is not handled
by post office they only collect parcel
from the delivery driver.so ignore those bad

Worst service ever, they throw parcels at our door if they don't have fragile written on it.
They most of the time just leave my parcels at the dc and dont even leave a card to call pickup, most lazy and unreliable service in australia.response / report this review -

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!
I went for my passport application with all details filled correctly as per my citizenship certificate. The counter staff was very RUDE and just did not agree with me. I called Australian Passport Office on 131232 and they confirmed that I had filled everything correctly. Even then the staff just said RUDELY he cannot process the application as he was not sure.
Wasted my time! Never going to go there again for anything!response / report this review -

Pretty rude customer service pretty much most of the time, if it's not the nearest post office from me I would not even bother to put up with their aggressive attitude. False info are given to me assuming they just want things to be more convenient for them, that's why you need to check with 131318 just in case they tell you otherwise.

These guys don't have a lot of the post shop stuff so don't come looking for your gizmos and gadgets. Good at delivering post I suppose
