Very disappointing service and a waste of time. They have a low star rating for a reason. A basic bank deposit performed previously here and at other outlets with no issues suddenly today it was like the operator was a deer in the head lights. Clearly didn’t know what he was doing and said he couldn’t process my request. Poor service from staff who really look like they would rather be somewhere else.

Staff have improved a lot in their behavioural manners towards the customers. Hopefully they maintain this as they will not get a second chance from Australia post.

Shows on the australia post website as a shop where baby passport pictures can be taken. Has a sign above the counter that also says that they take passport photos and the long list included babies. However, the lady behind the counter says that they don’t have the equipment to do so and couldn’t really offer any alternatives. Maybe update the website to say that you don’t offer this service.

Won't answer the phone which appears permanently diverted to fax but fax doesn't work - probably no paper. A cunning way of remaining un-contactable.

Staff have helped me with all manner of forms and details about posting parcels, forwarding mail and advice on best ways to post. Very helpful and obliging. Not terrifically smiley, but I like the good efficient service.

When you call them, they don't want to reply you, just left the fixed-line telephone in there,and let you waiting for a long period! I call them four time on the morning! What the point take the salary and be lazy ? I would like give you 0 star, if I can.
