This LPO almost had me thinking I was an idiot. It would pay to brush up on your eBay label knowledge before you;
1. Try to sell customers an additional service they DONT ACTUALLY NEED, and/or
2. Treat said customers rudely
Come on
Poor customer service. No gift cards for sale. Very cluttered shop.
Just close your doors if you hate life that much. Pathetic.
Utterly gobsmacked at the lack of intelligence or customer service and their inflexibility in dealing with anything that is not standard procedure. Reeks of franchise bought with redundancy paid to go away, enabling jobs for unemployable family members.
Shocking service. Sleazy dirty store.
I pick up my missed parcels from here for the past 10yrs or so & the 2 people here (?owners?) are always helpful & efficient. Not everyone has to have a fake smile plastered on their face to offer good service.
This is possibly the worst post office I've ever been to. I have lived in Brunswick for over 30 years and I just can't understand why they are still in business. Lord the rudeness! Won't take letters over the counter! Won't scan items through, unbelievable. Once while taking my 10 or so parcels out to the street box (because they refused to take them) I met 2 young women looking very confused at the post box. They spoke very little English, but after paying for their stamps in the post office they had been told by the horrible woman that they had to put them to put in the street mailing box (with no airmail stickers supplied either) I mean really! They can't even except a tiny letter! I felt ashamed of how that woman treated them and told them to go to the post office on Lygon Street.
