Quiet, comfortable a bit outdated and could do with a paint but just stayed the night so fine

Photos lie! The place looks nothing like the photos on the internet. Old, ugly and walls paper thin! Everything you touch breaks or falls off. Shower runs hot and cold, 1 paper thin quilt on the bed, no extra blankets, furniture looks like it had been picked up from a garaga sale, half the light globes are missing, tv mount on the wall with no tv but instead has all the tv cables wrapped around it with a biro stopping the cables from falling off. I could go on and on. I booked online and it specifically said 'no deposit pay direct to the motel' and they still took one nights accommodation from our account. When we arrived we had to pay straight away for the second night. If I asked to see the room before I paid the second night I would have asked for my deposit back (which my understanding was they weren't supposed to take anyway) and run for the hills! We would have been better off staying in our car.

I'd love to vote Evancourt 4 stars as it's amazing value for money BUT there are cockroaches in my room, I've seen two already, and I'm truely hoping they don't crawl over me while I'm sleeping. Eeeeppp. :/

Definitely not worth worth wasting your money on that dump! NOTHING like the photos on the website :( the building has a weird smell, rooms are the size of a jail cell, absolutely NO KITCHEN OR BATHROOM/TOILET& you have to go down the hallway just to use those there facilities!! Absolutely rubbish!! Worst hotel i have stayed in!! Be warned! Stay away from the germ invested rubbish tip!! Dirty owners. Just a pathetic, unsatisfied experience i had there! Better of to sleep in the car.

Very basic motel not too far from the city centre, but resonably priced. Perfect place to stay in the end of a car hire before going handing in the car in the morning.
