After booking a powered tent site for 2 adults and 2 kids we wanted to add the mother in law as a extra adult. We were told this was not possible as the site could not hold more people. We have a 12 man tent and we're allowed to use this but the site could only cater for 4?? We were not going to take up any more room!
So we booked another site. What a rip off. The woman was a rude arrogant battle axe. After telling me she shuffled people around so we could have both sites together we found out the only have 4 tent sites. No shuffling required. So she is also a liar. On arrival it was a nightmare because I had a trailer on the car she told me I couldn't fit in the site.
In the end I drove in to unload. Plenty of space to drive around. Just being awkward and power happy. I really felt sorry for her husband as he was very nice. And to top it off at 5pm the told the kids to get out of the pool as they needed to heat it up for tomorrow. REALLY!!!!!!

I've stayed here every year over the last 10 years in all the types of accommodation available from camping to the villas and have thoroughly found everyone so friendly, met some great people and have shared many wonderful times. There is no where else I would stay when I am in Cowes. It's the best!

Excellent location right in the centre part of Cowes. Great staff that really look after the accomodation. Everything is up to date & clean.
One gripe only & that's the studio room fridge, it is WAY to small to the point of useless.

We were excited about this place and thought it was well put together until we tried to do laundry. Washer didn't spin them out the gteatest and I'm pretty sure the driers are rigged to output low heat even on high heat setting. Spent almost $30 trying to dry two regular sized loads of laundry and one is still sopping wet. They told my wife they work fine when she went in there with a bag of soaked laundry. Good little scam, props for ingenuity, since they know you have to pump money in once your clothes are drenched.
