  I live here full time. It's a great place short or long term. Opposite the beach and a nice Park with BBQ.

  I really wanted to rate this higher due to the friendly staff and great location. However, the apartment wasn't good.
  1) the bathroom sink and floor had hair all over them
  2) the frosted glass between the bedroom and bathroom meant if you went to the toilet in the middle of the night it felt like the bedroom light was on.
  3) the bed in the bedroom was really hard and a very small queen or maybe just a double.
  Disappointing.

  Stayed at The Wave for an overnight visit to Phillip island. Reception warmly welcomed us on arrival, room was clean and comfy. Will definitely stayagain on my next visit.

  DON'T EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS LOUSY APARTMENT. Receptionist staff(with an elderly woman's voice) is extremely rude. Rude language from receptionist staff. Not worth it in a lot of centuries. Be warned. They are better apartments/hotels in Philip Island to go to. The Sea Horse Motel is by far better than the Waves Apartments rubbish. No star for this waves apartments, I only put 1 star because there is no O star which they are. Our friends have been there and they were not happy with the receptionist staff too. Below average place too. They will not be going there again.

  The apartments are well equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. Everything looks clean. Excellent location.

  Nothing too fancy and not many extra features, but if you're looking for a place to stay by the beach and don't mind paying a bit for it, this place would be alright.

  Good clean rooms, comfortable bed and nice service staff. The room i stayed it would have easily catered for a family of 6. I was able to park my car in a secure lockup.
  The hotel is a good place to base an exploration of Phillip Island. It is a short walk to the beach, the ferry terminal and the main street.
