The staff was great and the room was comfortable. We were there in December 2016 and the kids liked it so much that we spent 4 nights there again during Easter. Very close to Arthurs seat and Enchanted Garden which is a plus.

Ida and Chris made everything very easy throughout the whole process of planning and completing our ceremony and reception. On our big day they made sure everything went smoothly. The service, quality of food, and amount of food were all fantastic and our guests all had positive things to say about the venue and staff.

I was looking for a romantic weekend get away and when I saw the advertised "Romantic Spa suite" I though it sounded perfect even if it was a bit pricy. Upon arrival we discovered that the "Suite" was more like a small 1 bedroom apartment with outdated furniture. I had to search for 10min to find the light switchs. Then we discovered that the "spa" was full of brown stain. We tried to look past that and try turning it on. After filling it with water and pressing the switch it started to make some really loud sound and expelled a black ball of human hair and other disgusting debris. You can imagine after this we decided to skip the "spa" altogether. We went to bed and thought that at least we could have a good night but we ended up finding out that there was another room above ours and that every time the people upstairs were making a step the sound was resonating in our room. They endup going back to there room after 1am and waking us up at the same time. We paid a premium for this room and we were extremely disappointed but this experience.

I arrived very late, one and a half hours after reception closed and I still recieved a very warm welcome. We even had a few laughs together. I had to leave very early, earlier than breakfast started so they set up breaky for me that night, They even had the room at a nice cool temperature after a hot days work. Room was good, Location central and it was quiet. Very quiet.

Service was lovely. The beds were clean and very comfortable while the bath had a little leak which covered most of the bathroom to the shower. Overall experience was great!
