A great places to unwind in the pools. The public pools is heaps better than private pools. We have been to both pools so we're prefer the public. Get there first thing in the morning and go straight to the hilltop pool to checkout the views. Food Is great and yours greated by the local wildlife

I experienced a 'synthesis bio-active' facial last weekend. It was magnificent, beautiful, blissful, amazing, tranquil, delightfulfelt like I was transported to another world for an hour! The therapist, Maria was fantastic. Totally professional and in tune with what I wanted. Everything was perfect. My skin feels brand new.
I had read a few negative reviews regarding staff at the Hot Springsbut all I encountered were very friendly, helpful and lovely staff, from Maria, to the delightful initial host Hannah and others.
I absolutely loved it and will make sure I treat myself to something like this at the Hot Springs at least twice a year. 5 stars!!

Nice place to relax. I've been there twice. once in the evening and once at night. Both were great experiences. It's quieter at night. Both times were during winter and I was scared it'd be too cold but it's actually really nice. But don't forget to take a towel and a gown. Also they have a cafe there with nice pizzas.

Great experience here. My partner got me a gift voucher for one of the bathing packages. It was quite pricey for what you get in terms of the actual bath but the rest of the facilities were quite nice. We ended up purchasing a short massage which I would highly recommend. You can spend the rest of the day relaxing in the other pools there (sauna/steam room) and they have a relaxation room as well. The cafe attached to this part is also quite nice and serve a great meal.

Absolutely divine. The setting of native teatree and open air bathing is beautiful. Massage was most professional. The relaxation lounge with herbal tea and good quality magazines has a lovely outlook into green foliage.

Great place and good amenities. The bathhouse gets crowded after 9am, book early and arrive by 7.30am to get the best spots with less crowd. Water gets dirty by evening, although the evening atmosphere is spectacular. Lovely place, we have been here almost 9 times. The cafe has good food too.

Best shared with friends or family. Nothing better than a hot soak and commune with nature or connect with friends. Well attended to and landscaped. Reassuring to see staff continuously monitoring the water and temperature. Beautiful shower facilities that completes the pampered experience. A swimsuit dryer provided in shower area - quite impressed. Do read their on line information about what to bring or not to bring before visiting - will save you some trouble. A little crowded though. Liked the sense of humour - ducks only splash pool :) Who would have. Some patrons on the noisy side - esp those in groups. They get so excited they can't help themselves I suppose. Not sure how you'd be able to get them be otherwise

Fantastic, well worth it. Just the basic entry gets you into so so many pools, no need for private bath. The Turkish Haman is so gorgeous and the sauna is great. The reflexology walk hurts but no pain no gain right. The view from the hilltop pool is beautiful. The swamp, the ducks, the garden it's such a lovely outdoor environment and really a big part of the experience. Bring thongs and extra towels, water bottle and a hair dryer. What a hidden gem.

Very relaxing. Good operational management such as crowd and parking control.
I lost my wedding ring near one of the pools. Staff were very helpful and tried to look for it. Although with no success, staff comforted me with kind words. I left my contact details at the reception with very little hope of seeing my ring again.
Got a call from one of the staff just 2 hours later telling me that they had found it ! When I returned to pick the ring up, all the staff, including the young man directing the traffic were very happy for me. Very impressed. Their service is so personal.

Didn't quite match the hype. Very busy on the weekend - go here on weekday if you can. The so called 'Turkish steam baths' was a stinky steam room that can be found at any pool. Sauna was hot if the door stayed closed for longer than one minute. Good cold plunge pool. We did the 'Clay Ridge' experience - fun, but more of like body art than cleansing clay experience.

Ordered a natural balance package and visited on a weekday after the Easter period. The Spa Dreaming Centre pools were anything but relaxing. The large pool was what I would consider to be "luke warm" instead of hot. I don't believe it was in between 36-42 degrees. Other people in the pool raised the same opinion as myself and we all got out to plunge into nearby pools. The other pools were filled with people and it was noisy, not quiet or relaxing. The women's change rooms were chaos. With all the lockers in there, only 2 toilets serviced an overwhelming amount of women. I found it overcrowded and with lack of amenity to adequately provide for this. The car parking is also a hard task - overflowing with no clear direction on where to park, coupled with jack hammering noises from nearby construction works. The cafe had limited choices and no real variety on the menu. I gave one star because the massage was good but this place does not live up to the expectations of being a relaxing "hot" springs place. It is far too commercial and overbooked resulting in anything but a blissful experience.

Very nice place to go with your mates. Many lovely females there. Wide variety of pools and you can soak your way to the top of the mountain there is even Turkish bath and sauna. Don't feel the water is hot enough for a hot springs though.

Love it. It's hard to figure the best time to go though - it gets super rammed with people and a lot of those people are not there to relax but are there to hang out with groups of friends and gossip etc. It depends on what you are going for. I like to go for some chill time and I personally expect it to be quieter but you need to get over that sometimes. There IS a quiet pool but good luck if it actually IS quiet.
If you want the alternative - pay more and go to the adults section, have some dins and some quiet evening springs time. It's lush when the air is a little cooler and the pools are hot.
