Went there for a training course. Easy to find but didn't use parking on premises- just parked across the road in the side streets. Was fine.

Horrible place to live for short term in a furnished apartment. The double bed is actually two single beds put together which makes it very uncomfortable, Police where at the place every weekend, fights in the hallways, blood on the elevator floor, bad odor in hallways and elevator, hopeless management, it took ages to get our bond money back, apartment doesn't have a washer/dryer Beautiful decorated building and modern apartments tho. Lucky us everything in the apartment was new! 😕

A nice office & professional space below and easily accessible from all areas in Frankston. Unsure as to the rooms but from a business meeting perspective it's one of the nicer areas in the area

Room was not what i had requested (ocean view and balcony) no effort was made to change or offer a more suitable option. Double bed was two singles pushed together. Upon request we were moved to a room with a std queen bed but had to pay extra for the room even though it was way smaller than our first room, no room service at all for the three nights we stayed there and then the car parking charge for each night was a bit rich.disappointing all round really

Great location and close to the beach and shops. Great variety of restaurants around. I lived there for 4.5 months and the rooms were great. Comfortable bed, great shower pressure and if you have a west facing room great views of the ocean from your balcony.

Rooms r dirty staff r rude!! It took a long time to get my bond money back they lied and said it was a bank issue but it was there fault and they didn't care!! I tried to stay there again and give them another go but when I rang the girl on the phone was no help and rude so never again will I stay there!!! The best and western down the road have very clean rooms cheap and free breakfast!!!

I put in a request for early release of the bond amount withheld and I've had to call back and forth between the Quest hotel reception staff at my bank- --I was repeatedly lied to by the reception staff @Quest about the time the money would be returned back to my account- and contact that I was assured was sent to my bank was repeatedly not received by my bank and also sent to the wrong email address, -after I clearly provided the exact email address to 2 separate reception staff.
So far I've had make at least *12 CALLS* (!?!) within 48 hours between the Quest hotel and my bank-- and even though I was repeatedly assured by 2 separate receptionists that the bond money would be returned to my account by this morning, it has not been deposited back as promised.
The hotel staff @Quest Frankston by the Bay have demonstated a lack of professionalism, and incompetence and that they're unfortunately not trustworthy or reliable or value treating their clients with respect on this occasion for some reason which I don't understand-
I've stayed here several times and haven't experienced any major issues with the staff and/or treatment-
Very disappointed and I will remember this next time when considering which hotel to stay at in the future. :-( THUMBS DOWN, Quest. >:( **response / report this review -

Beautiful rooms, really comfy beds, great view of the bay, helpful and friendly staff. Three different restaurants on the ground floor. Within five minute walk of shopping center; within ten minute walk from public transportation to Melbourne. Highly recommend.

We love it here!!! We are from Canada and this our third long stay here. It has been home away from home for our family of four. Great ocean views. cozy apartment style living. Close to everything. We love it. Unlike previous reviewed, we have always found the front desk and staff super helpful and friendly without being over annoying. The staff seems to change often but they are always kind and responsible. I guess one bad experience at the right time can have a big impact on your overall perspective. I'm very picky so I guess I got lucky. Rooms are clean and fresh. We don't trash our room before housekeeping comes to clean it so they do a great job! (I gotta say I don't understand how some people can be so disrespectful TRASH your room and let the hired labour clean up your disgusting mess. Really people! Housekeeping are people too, they are not your mommies or nurses. Show some decency. Yeah I have peeked in doors while walking by while they are being cleaned. It's nauseating! I'm a mom and my boys would never be that disrespectful. Tidy up your basic crap! The housekeepers are angels for what they put up with😂)
