We stayed at the Adina for 6 nights and loved it.
It was all good and would stay there again.
I would recommend it to others.
Great location, walk to Flinders Street, walk to the Mall
Tram stop was just around the corner.
Very clean.
Rooms were a great size.
It was all easy with nothing hard or unfavourable.

Very good place! We rented a room, we asked for a roll bed and we didn't have any issues. The hotel is also really well located. I would recommend it.

Perfect location. Spotless one bedroom apartment. Easy to book and all our requests were met with no hassles at all.Thanks to the lovely Kate. Parking was also easy, the reviews had us worried, but was no trouble at all. Definitely recommend this hotel 😁

Love these apartments. My secret Melbourne hideaway. The penthouse apartments are large with soaring ceilings. Love them. Staff are always wonderful. Apartment is spotless. Second time staying here and will be back.

I booked here for price and convenience - well and truly worth it!

The room was clean, full of amenities and great value for money.

The staff were very helpful and well knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend for a place to stay, without breaking the budget.

I was residing for a month at the Adina on the Flinders Street. Very cozy and nice hotel apartment. The place is 5 mins walk from the Southern Cross station and in the free tram zone. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Rooms have a week equipped kitchen with dishwasher washers. They have a decent sized gym, pool, spa, and sauna on their topmost floor. A couple of pizza places and kebab shops on the same and opposite side of the hotel makes getting access to food easy, especially if you are not cooking. The staff is polite and helpful.

We visited friends in the Penthouse. The room was very well set out with a good workable kitchen. Location is very central. Walking around Melbourne is easy from here and there is a tram and train station nearby for ventures further afield

Rooms where you can feel at home.

Minor negative points:
Shower temp hard to control.
Swipe cards to get in building difficult.

Staff friendly
10min walk from south wharf. Southern cross station 2min.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They helped us with all of our questions
The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is housekeeping was disappointing. Yesterday we came back to a bag of trash next to the bathroom (wasn't there when we left) and the floor was not vacuumed.

The room was great. Very clean. Large and had separate lounge and bedroom. It had everything I needed for a single night stay. The iron was good quality. It had Power Point USB chargers and television in the bedroom as well. There is a decent bar down stairs and there is lots of good food nearby.

Room was nice and we got a good deal through a third party booking site. Bed comfy, staff helpful and the car parking was surprisingly reasonable.

I was visiting a friend who was staying there. The appartment was a good size and overlooked the law court buildings. It looked like a pleasant place to say however the AC wasn't coping with the heat and we had problems with the swipe card. Also the complimentary instant coffee was terrible, so bring your own supply!

Excellent location, very close to city centre. Check in can add some warmth, felt like talking to a robot. The Room is very spacious but slightly dated. The Customer service however is top notch. A staff help us swap the keys when they didn't work, gone above and beyond in hunting down a stainless pot and new kettle as well as high chair.

The staff was courteous and friendly, the room was smaller than shown in the pictures and seemed a bit older than represented. My room had paint chipped on the ceiling above the bed, the towel hangers on the back of the door were falling off, and the housekeeper seemed to want to have a full conversion while I was trying to hide my naked self behind the door when she came knocking. I was half asleep and clearly naked, no I am good on towels, toiletries, and have no questions about to room, thanks though. I have to say however, this place is located in one of the best places it could be. It's off the main shopping area, but just a couple blocks from it, plus you must go to hardware lane for breakfast and dinner. Two completely different vibes and amazing food. The restaurant attached to this hotel also had great customer service and exceptional food. And that's their room service restaurant too! They do currently have construction/remodeling going on, so hopefully some of the rooms are slated for remodel too, cause that was the biggest flaw for me, it just didn't seem kept up as well as it could have been. And next time, I'll be opting for a little larger room.
