Fantastic location on Elizabeth St. Surrounded by many dining and shopping options. Very accessible public transport with trams and train stations very close by. Friendly staff.

Neat little apartment. All the required amenities. Carpet had some stains and the walls and blinds were a little dirty, but not enough to effect your stay. Overall, a great little place to stay in the CBD, close to everything. Would recommend.

Good well priced accommodation in the middle of the city. Has dryer and washing machine, iron, small kitchenette. Good for longer term stays. Appartments with outside view are good, inner courtyard is nice and quiet but air is conditioned.

Accessible to public transit. Queen Victoria market. Kitchenette is useful. Living room couch is uncomfortable and needs cleaning.

Paid extra for a balcony but it was pretty average with our corner apartment. Sliding door to bedroom was really bad, and the 'large double bed' we paid extra for was basically just a regular double bed (possibly just two singles put together, felt like a metal bar right down the middle). Really great location though.

Room was good and price was cheap, location is great. Only concern was the toilet is directly in front of the basin and so close that if you are over 6 foot you will barely be able to sit on it.

This is a classic case of 'you get what you pay for' - below average room and extremely rude staff.
There was a large group of women (presumably friends of one of the staffers) sitting in the foyer talking loudly to one staff member behind the counter, while the other staff member checked people in at a snail’s pace.
We waited at least 10 minutes while she worked agonisingly slowly to complete an extremely basic task.
I won’t be staying here again, not necessarily because of the hotel itself, but because of rude and seemingly incompetent staff.
The room TVs are minuscule and the showers leak. Your room door doesn't automatically lock (great securitynot) and the furniture in general is dated and dirty.
By the way, if you need the sofa bed, they will charge you extra for the ‘privilege’ – you’d be more comfortable sleeping on the floor and saving the $60.
Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.response / report this review -
