Always have done a great job for me. I definitely recommend them. I’ve never had any problems. They always give me the best advice. I trust them 100%. I love them. All staff have been great!
But I follow my blokes lawyer now that’s the only thing. So they accommodate for us.

I identify as aboriginal, have since birth for the last 22 years. The receptionist was extremely rude and while I understand proof may be requested of my aboriginal status, the way she demanded my identification was down right disrespectful. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t like dealing with customers?

Absolutely ridiculous to deal with in every way possible rude recieption and lack of ethics from the legal team.. treated worse by my own race than by the white race!!!!!! So disappointed by them all and only used for family matters hate to be using them if committed an actual crime!!! It's almost same treatment as my ancestors where treated for stealing rabbits of a farm land when mass murderer captain cook arrived!!! Absolute outraged by this so call aboriginal legal aid where's the justice!!!!

Martin Doyle is a very well read and educated man. I am proud to of met him, and he has done a great job in regards to criminal matters, resulting from racial abuse. Sadly this company is highly under-resourced, However they will ensure appropriate adjournments. great service

2 years of absolute muck around for a couple of vocat matters that hasn't been finalized yet.

Feels like Im treated as a criminal not the victim. After having surgery and being in a car crash all in 2015 I was assulted badly by an ex partner. I had to run around doing statments collecting paperwork, going to psychologist drs and legal appointments without being compensated for 3 different assults that occurred on separate occasions.

Ive had 5-8 different lawyers within this time at Vals due to them coming and going or moving around the business in different legal areas & it just feels like I've waisted my time.
