I've bought and sold lots of properties over the years and in the last few years have received exceptional service from this boutique conveyancing firm in Chelsea. Karen and the team always have the clients best interests at heart and recently when one of my sales went a bit pear shaped it was Karen and the team to the rescue. On their phone message they say 'We're not happy until you are', don't believe it! My partner's settlement mid last year became very stressful because of their amateurish conduct and it's still bothering us so I just had to give a word of warning to others. Please do your research with conveyancers, make sure you have people you trust who have used them, and don't be drawn in by the low base price – hidden charges will catch you out! Good luck.
