We were recommended to Rodrigo Haddad after seeking a recommendation for an outstanding lawyer.
We had purchased a brand new Caravan that unfortunately had major faults. We tried to come to a resolution with the Caravan company ourselves, but all our attempts were unsuccessful.
Rodrigo took on our case and presented a letter of demand for a full refund. Within 24 hours the Caravan company agreed and accepted the demands.
We found Rodrigo to be highly knowledgeable, professional, and very client service-focused. He has excellent research and analytical skills and delivered an excellent outcome. The Caravan has been collected and we have successfully received a full refund.

We engaged Rodrigo Haddad.to oversee a legal matter regarding finale payment of some invoices outstanding after going through VCAT, Rodrigo was able to send the other party a statutory demand. A statutory demand is a formal demand whereby the other party has 21 days (plus an additional 7 days to allow for postage) to make payment of the debt, failing which they will be presumed to be insolvent. Payment was made within the 21 days, we are very happy with Rodrigo, I will defiantly be using him in the future.

After needing urgent help and guidance with some unforeseen traffic infringements we were referred to Rodrigo Haddad. Rodrigo was amazing to deal with, he is so thorough and prompt. The matter was dealt with and over within a few days. Rodrigo answered all of my concerns and questions with facts and immense research. At the end of the matter Rodrigo broke down what we needed to do moving forward in an easy step by step instruction and we are extremely satisfied with the result. Rodrigo saved us tens of thousands of dollars in potential fines. I highly recommend his services
