I engaged the services of John Velos under extremely difficult circumstances. My husband passed away and shortly after, I was admitted to Alfred Hospital with pneumonia. The sorrow and grief that I was going through urged me to prepare a Will as I had no idea of what tomorrow would bring.
Velos & Velos Lawyers understood my situation and acted in a most efficient manner. After a telephone conference, John Velos urgently prepared a new Will and organized for a Lawyer to attend the Hospital with one of the secretaries, where the Will was executed and witnessed according to law.

John Velos was instructed to do my parents will to have 2 beneficiaries on the will but we noticed after double checking the will there is a third beneficiary who believes he "shall be entitled to receive such proper REMUNERATION from their estate! The third beneficiary was to be Mr Velos himself! We had to spend another $600 elsewhere to get this clause taken out of my parents will as Mr Velos was contacted but refused to offer any solution. BEWARE!
