Not very nice customer service attitude over the phone and the price for quoting is quite high

Have been going there for 3 years of good service, so i thought.
My car started playing up and they kept telling me nothing was wrong.
Went to a new mechanic and found out that i had been ripped off and that my water pump that i payed to get fixed hadn't been fixed at all and i was even shown.
The problem i had with my car was found straight away at the new mechanic.
I'm a bit shattered really.

It is really hard to find someone you can trust with your car, hoping they will not only do a good job, but be honest as well. ABS Hoppers Crossing and the rest of the team are awesome! They are honest, helpful and go above and beyond what most, and the cars they service! I really appreciate the hard and very excellent work they did for my car, and I am definitely going to be a long time customer!
