  My experience at endota spa Southland was incredible. I was looked after in such a professional manner, the staff were lovely and il definitely be back for more future treatments :)

  From a business to another business I can’t recommend Endota Spa Southland anymore. I was greater by wonderful staff who explains my treatment to be prior to booking and then when I came back for my treatment, it was exactly the same - Bec at the front was polite and professional, seated me in the lounge and then my therapist came to me. 75min of bliss, relaxing and calm. I will be back for more treatments. Thank you Endota, I’ve finally found a place that meets me expectations, in treatments, customer service and knowledge.

  Wow what an experience- especially after a hard day at work. I walked in and was instantly greeted by three smiling faces. Tiffany was my therapist and she was absolutely amazing. From the minute I walked in I felt a sense of relaxation. She also made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and ready for the weekend, with knowledge about my skin type and how to look after it! Would definitely recommend Endota Spa Southland!

  Love it here. This place is amazing. Makes me feel de stressed and relaxed. I’ve had a few different services and the ladies here are so helpful and informative. They have wonderful knowledge of the skin and treat me as an individual not just another number! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

  I have just had the worst nights sleep after my massage yesterday. I couldn't sleep because I had the worst back and neck pain. I didn't feel at all relaxed or rejuvenated. I also wasn't happy on the upsell of product after my massage. I could of spent my money better. I definitely won't be returning.

  Such a relaxing organic massage I had today with Tiffany. It was just what I needed and the hot stones were incredible. Tiffany also suggested some exercises and Remedy Organic Kombucha to drink to help my sleep and digestive system. Highly recommend Tiffany and can't wait to go back again for another massage.😀

  I was booked in for a 1.5h massage and left after 30min! Worst experience ever, therapist was really unprofessional!

  Turned up for an appointment at 3.30pm today which I had booked over the phone and had recieved a confirmation email about but turned up today and said they didn't have me booked in. So frustrating! Won't be re-booking here!

  As a trained beauty therapist and a past employee of Endota this was disappointing.
  On arrival my therapist was dealing with another client so I sat down, another therapist came in and addresses another client which came after me first, at this point i still was not greeted. I finally was taken to the waiting area, and after filling out my client card waited over 15 minutes to be taken to the treatment room (appointment was for 1.15pm, I arrived at 12.50, taken i for treatment at 1.34). I got an apology from the therapist about the late start and she advised that she would make up the time, which was not feasible as i had another apointment that was for 2.45. And i was not willing to pay for lateness or a cancellation fee for not being on time to my 245 appointment.
  The treatment was average. The whole experience was average. I never do reviews and this is my first one as i am still irked at what happened. When i worked at Endota i busted my guts making sure clients were totally looked after and i felt this didnt happen to me. Im more than willing to spend my money other places.

  I booked 10 days in advance of when I wanted the facial. I wasn't sure about which facial to book and the girl on the phone didn't have much knowledge but she said someone more experienced would call me prior to my appointment. No one called back.
  
  I took the day off to make my appointment and arrived on time only to be told they didn't have my appointment in their system and they didn't have any time available to get me in on the same day.
  
  I cannot believe they have staff who aren't adequately trained to give advice on their services over the phone and can't even put an appointment into their system.
  
  I wasted a day annual leave. So disappointed at their lack of professionalism.
