THANK you to the lovely IT man who helped me pair my purple blue ant Bluetooth head phones today! (he had redish hair and beard). I purchased my ear phones from here for xmas last year and went beck for help to get them working on my new phone and he was so friendly and fixed them! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Excellent customer service!!!!! Our fridge was faulty and Fisher and paykel stuffed us around for over a year but as soon as the refund was organised. Jb hi fi dandenong was so quick and did everything they could to get us a new fridge at a great price I am extremely happy with the service I have received from you guys!!!! We will continue shopping from your store, we are in there every week buying movies. Thank you so so much once again. I highly recommend this store in particular!!!! Fisher and paykel could learn a thing or two from you guys.

I had a wonderful experience firstly purchasing my new phone outright on 25 July 2017. Then some amazing help the next day 26 July 2017 with setting up my phone as I'm no tech head.

Mafia mentality management and staff, that's using using practices such as intimidation or acting like they are above the law. Forget about customer service and hire a lawyer if you happen to have any issues OR choose ANOTHER place to shop, you'll be thanking me forever!

We had our bad inshop experince in dandenong jb hi fi we were searching tablet cover one salesman walk away saying i am with customer there was three staff chatting one walk in after 5 minutes he just want to sell not helpful angry i wish good guys bought them i will never shop or recommend to anyone disgusting i wish i can give zero stars

Amazing experience. Every single time I go here, the staff are nice, kind, experienced and always give their opinion. The won't tell you to buy this no matter what. At one point when I came here to buy a internet router, the people told me to go check out K-mart to see if I have what I was looking for there.
