Really the best place of it's kind in all of South East Melbourne. In fact I doubt there's anyone better! This place is well stocked, clean and inviting. The staff really know gardening, plants and everything related. Can't recommend highly enough.

I purchased some items online, in which they called me to apologize they had run out. I cannot tell you how much they helped me and how much they went out of their way to keep me happy, I wasn't unhappy at all, but they insisted on going that extra mile offering me a huge discount on a similar product worth double the cost of the one I originally purchased and other ways too. I cannot fault their level of customer service.

not good, not bad.
Knowledgeable staff, good range of products.
However I find them heavily overpriced.
The lady that works there can be quite rude at times, especially if you don't buy anything and just come in to ask for advice.
She usually palms off questions to others.
