I always feel welcome. Staff are friendly and professional and this place is very reasonably priced. They offer gap free check up and cleans and this enables me to visit them every 6 months faithfully.

Exemplary services and the price is very reasonable. All the Staff member be the reception staff or nurses or Dental practitioners are amazing. Jenny is exceptional😊. Manupriya is great too. I am fully satisfied with the service 😊. I highly recommend Burwood Dental Center.

I've been going here for quite some time and their services are fantastic with super friendly staff. Currently getting an ongoing treatment and the they have been extremely helpful especially with the covid restrictions. Highly recommend!!

Sorry to say, was very disappointed with the service. Went for cleaning and it was the worse cleaning I ever did you need to improve your services! From previous experience you need to upgrade your services.

Posting this is just because I hope all the customers could get a better service. This year I experienced a pretty good service from other dental centre comparing to this place. And I still remember last year I went to this dental centre just because it is close to my home, and really regret that I came to this place. Their service, especially the reception showed limited respect to customers. And it was an awful experience to have my teeth cleaned with their service. Plus they want to exploit more money from customers. Wish they could use time to improve rather than come back here to argue.

We just moved into the area and looking for a regular Dentist. This was the Most costly dental practice we ever been to. Even with health insurance, I had to pay about $120 gap just for regular cleaning and maintenance! It means that they charge about $250 just for cleaning. The Oral Therapist spent about 20mins investigating my mouth, which I already advised at the start that I dont need a check up if it will cost me a bomb, just cleaning and she continued doing it anyway. Im sure in their defense, the practise will reply back that for new patients, this is something they need to do, blah blah. But this is not the first time I have been to different Dentists in my life and this was the only practise that charges a bomb! When I asked the Reception about the high cost, she was extremely indifferent, couldn't care less and just kept asking me for payment. My sister also used their services on the same day and she was charged about $250 gap for a filling, which means that their total cost is $350 for filling a tooth! Will not be back definitely!

Burwood dental has wonderful, skilled dentists and very friendly admin staff. I would strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone. The dentist I see is very knowledgeable about the latest technology. It is clear that she really cares about her patients and she always explains everything clearly so I have all the information to make the best choice for myself. They are also very well priced.

WARNING !!!

I was going there but last time she put a big injection from that anesthetic and now I fill pain every where on my from mouth. She was just trying to kill my tooth which she did it and now I am in pain witting much as I can have my own tooth and after I have to go for root canal.

Do not go there please they are just trying make money they had good staff but not any more !!!!
