Most of the staffs are down right unfriendly. Apart from one gentle man, every one else was behaving as if doing a favour.

Ask for anything and the gal/lady at reception won't buzz and ask to go and check for your self at the service!! Then wait for the service guys , and he will keep dangling you.

I just went local shop for good service , but in my opinion they don't deserve it till they change there attitude.

In my opinion , avoid and find a friendly store.

Bought my bike here back in April. Awesome crew they've got there. Returned yesterday to have my bike serviced. I was in the area again earlier today, and just wanted to check if the bike's been serviced. And it was. All good to ride. I wasn't met with the usual "You'll receive a text if it's done" treatment and shown the door out. I forgot to ask her name but she was super nice. They're just a super helpful bunch. I dropped my bike to Nick yesterday. Shoutout to Nick! Really detailed when it comes to bike. Bike service was free and is a part of the store's free service program for new bike purchases.

Two of us came to Bicycle Superstore in Carnegie to buy a few bike accessories including a helmet and bike bag. COVID restrictions have just eased so we were allowed to enter the store, but there was a maximum customer capacity of 15 people. The workers were really friendly and as helpful as possible. It seemed like the store was pretty busy; I can imagine the weekend right after restrictions eased would be pretty hectic. I want to thank the workers at Bicycle Superstore in Carnegie for being so patient and helpful. They not only provided excellent customer service, but also provided me with good quality products which will I use on all my future bike rides.

Bought new road tyres here, even when the prices here were almost twice of that of what I could get online (which I was still happy to pay go get back to training ASAP) they added a labour charge for changing my tyres. In my past experience with bike shops, most offer to do it for free to build a relationship with consumers. That and the very limited stock - I don't think it deserves to be called bicycle "superstore".

I went into the store on a Sunday and bought a pannier rack. The staff were helpful and even offered to fit it for free (which they did). It was a really positive experience, and I'll use them again.

Bad customer service. They've got a bad attitude towards customers who are returning stuff. And employees are following different policies. One is saying that returns are accepted, but the other one is saying: no, we only provide exchanges. Buy your bicycles or accessoires from somewhere else.

Very bad experience, do not reccommend at all! I selected a bike at this store and was willing to place a deposit on the bike but was unable to due to their error. The store then lost my bike. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact the store (in person and via phone) to see what can be done and they have avoided trying to help me. You're better off going to another store that values their customers.

Purchased a new bike here a little over a month ago. I did upgrades and needed a little more help. Brought it back and they looked at me and ask what can they do to help. I've explained to them what I needed help with, it's mechanical fine tuning. You're the professional and I need help with minor tweaks with the gears and the best they can do is suggest buying something without actually looking at my damn bike. Only thing I am happy with was getting a decent price on the bike. Can't rely on them for this "free" service for a year.
