Until I recently took delivery of my new B250 model I had never considered purchasing a Mercedes. However, I received a referral to Steve Vitali at 3 Point Motors, Kew and test drove 3 or 4 different models. I explained my personal and business needs to Steve who impressed me as much as the B250. His knowledge of each of the vehicles and matching me to the right one was invaluable. I couldn't wait to make the deal. Steve then walked me through the purchase with my Novated Lease company so I save on tax too. I hardly had to lift a finger. Thanks to Steve and 3 Point for a great experience that continues to unfold. The B250 is great!!

We have now purchased 2 vehicles through Steve at 3 Point Motors Kew and could not be happier with the service received. Steve kept us up to date throughout the order process which was extremely helpful. Steve’s after sales service is second to none. Highly recommend both 3 Point and Steve Vitali. It is also nice to see 3 Point supporting local sporting clubs, in particular the partnership with Old Carey Cricket Club.

What a fantastic experience that we've had before and after purchasing a new Mercedes at 3 Point Motors in Kew. We were served by a friendly and professional salesman with the name Stephen Vitali. He was such a gentleman with his approach to customers and he really made us feel so welcomed the moment we walked into the dealership. His knowledge about the car which we bought was excellent and that has given us the confidence and the assurance. Could not rate this place high enough. I delt with Gary Yap and Bryce, both of who were wonderful.
Gary went beyond expectations and spent plenty of time going over all the features of my new car, showing me how to use and making sure I understood - something a book cannot teach! Any questions I had he was more than happy to answer.
I can't thank them enough for all the time and effort they have put in for me, and I know I am in good hands for the future.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting 3 Point Motors Kew. We are in the market for a new family vehicle and viewed the ML 350 diesel model.
My experience here was very pleasing and the staff were very helpful and informative.
Tom Dowd in particular was both highly professional and very knowledgeable in his understanding of Mercedes Benz vehicles; both mechanically and in the options provided to the vehicle.
I have come away very satisfied and feel comfortable to move forward in the purchase of a vehicle in the very near future.
