I’ve been here a number of times over the years and the owner who often works there, is lovely. My other interactions with staff have been great. I know there have been some recent bad reviews about staff being unpleasant but I went in there today and they were lovely….so maybe the unpleasant staff member is gone? Prices are all very reasonable for equine gear, there’s a good selection of stock and the change rooms in the back are done up like a rural barn, in a very cute way. As of late May ‘22 they are still requiring customers to wear masks again Covid-19. There is parking in front of the store but also some extra around the back.

The two women who work in this store are extremely rude. Ive been to this store twice with my wife and the staff are consistently abrupt and condescending. I caught one speaking disparagingly about my wife while in a different part of the store. Go to Richmond Horseland, they are far more pleasant and helpful there.

Most of the time my experience here has been good, most of the girls are really friendly and welcoming. Though I went in yesterday to purchase a few things and ended up walking out with nothing due to the appalling customer service I received. The woman serving me made it seem all too difficult and was not the slightest bit interested, mid way through helping me someone she knew walked in and she completely just turned her back and was so happy and chatty to her friend and left me, so I just walked out as I can’t stand bad costumer service especially since I was willing to spend a decent amount. It was really disappointing. But usually the women who work here a lovely.

My husband bought me a helmet from here and I took the tags off to realise I couldn’t wear that particular helmet at the place I ride at and they very happily exchanged it which I was so grateful for!

The most amazing place to get things for your horse. Great quality saddles, bridles, halters, etc. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Nice and local for the Hills District. Great staff. A+++++
