I went there twice once to pick up 1 ton soil and again to pick turf. Both times the staff were so helpful and friendly. The whole place is very well run and organised with quality supplies. Will definitely be back again.

Like many others have said the staff at Turtle Landscape Supplies are unhelpful and rude. Not to mention that their delivery fees are substantially higher than other close by landscape supply stores.
Even if they were cheaper, I'd still choose to go with another, more helpful, supplier.

Good collection of landscape supplies but poor customer service. People at the counter were rude and unhelpful. No assistance provided to pick up heavy stuff and put them in the car. You must be strong enough to carry things yourself if you go there. I got the impression that they don't simply care about customers.

Ordered 55m2 of sir Walter buffalo grass from these guys. Ordering wasn’t a problem but when the driver delivered the grass, he was rude and rather be on tiktok than showing acknowledgment that I was there. He then proceed to unload the rolls of grass and made an absolute mess of it. He leaves and says “it all gets rolled out the same anyways”.

Overall a few rolls were damaged and clean up was a pain. Horrible service from the delivery driver

A large nursery which has a lot of great options for ground coverings including grasses, bark, pebbles and other things.

I think it’s probably better suited to commercial landscapers but serves the general public too.

Prices are good but their team wasn't overly engaged and we needed to load our things mosly by ourselves. Make sure that you bring a strong person with you.

Horrible experience as a single lady. The guys at the counter are dismissive and just don't want to talk. I went there to discuss landscaping needs but they obviously did not care to even help! Wish they had better customer service or someone more helpful at the counter.

If your a tradie don't buy on Sunday. I buy heaps of sand wanted to get an early start Monday morning had to pay full price to get it loaded on my truck just because it was Sunday. Love the sand but not the way to look after tradies.
How lousy.

Worst delivery experience I ever had. Delivered the sand and cement to the wrong house and asked me to get the tonne of sand from the next door myself. The staff said bad luck, they can't do anything about it. The staff was rude and not helpful. Never buy from this shop again.

I bought premium potting mix from these guys and it's bad soil with a lot of broken pieces of glass in it. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Do not buy firewood from Turtle landscape supplies.

Bought a large amount of premium hardwood 4 weeks ago.

No Ironbark as advertised and wood still wet.
The wood is not just wet on the outside from rain, it is wet right through to the middle and barely usable.

They might be fine for other landscaping supplies, but not for firewood.
