Got my bike, with problematic gears and computer, plus broken seat, serviced and fixed today. Bought some new shoes and had cleats fitted as well. All after 5pm. Booked in Saturday PM, phone call Monday. Thanks to David and the team.

Although I didn't buy a bike thru these guys, they helped me make a decision on buying a second hand bike. Seriously helpful guys. If I lived near them I would certainly buy a bike thru them anytime.

I'd rate this place zero if possible. Shocking service by Chris the apparent store manager. Good luck to these guys with service like that. A pity the younger guys who actually provide good service there have this joker to look up to.

Bought my first bike here and returning to purchase one for my daughter
The staff were helpful and let me choose instead of being hassled.
Selection of bikes are outstanding for all ages and capabilities

They have an excellent selection of parts and whole bikes, however some of the staff come across as too cocky and condescending. Prices are nothing special, save for the occasion sale, but overall not too shabby, could be doing worse

Went here to fix the pram's wheel. I came uncertainty knowing that they might not have the spare wheels, etc. The staff super nice, only have a look and said "Yes we can fixed this!!" So happy! He is friendly, and I did not have to wait that long to have it fix. Thank you!

Used to purchase wheels and other parts. However when I returned one of the brand new unsure helmet the staff was extremely rude and reluctantly to refund. Don't waste your time on this extremely poor customer service. Not worth the time and energy for this people.

I bought a Giant Trinity Adv Pro from the Superstore 6 months ago and it has been faultless. The follow up servicing since I purchased has always been super fast, and they have friendly and knowledgeable staff who actually know what they are talking about, and give you honest opinions with respect to gear and setup.

Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.
Purchased my first ever new bike from this shop. Got a really good deal on the sale, only to find out the bike had previously been used but in really good condition (still cheap for what I got) but non the less annoyed that I was not told about this when I made the purchase. After riding the bike about 100km one of the spokes snapped. I took the bike back and was told I need a new rear wheel as my bigger build would keep breaking spokes. Apon picking the bike up again I found multiple spokes still loose and the wheel had a buckle in it where the new spoke had been installed. Returned the bike only to have the same issue when I picked it up again. I was told its just how the bike is.
After taking the bike to a local shop they got the bike in perfect running order in no time, were much friendlier, more helpful and I have had no issues with the bike since.
