  No hand sanitizer for customers upon entry and they were not wiping down trolleys . Store Manager at Winston Hills need to visit the North Kellyville store to see hows it done properly and effectively to reduce risk for customers suring COVID 19.

  Produce section needs brighter lights. Baulkham Hills store is nicer if you don't mind going to Stockland. Some staff at this store need an attitude adjustment.

  Just want to comend James a young man at the checkout. He has always been well mannered, helpful and very cheerful. If there was an employee of the year award, it should go to James. What an asset to Woolworth's Winston Hills.

  Don't know what's happened in the last 2 months but the selection of goods has diminished either no name or nothing.
  Item locations have been moved must be some marketing guru decision to justify there job ??? . Meat ???? lots missing poor range bloody expensive.
  Today was the first time in 20 years were we shopped at both Woolworths and Coles as to purchase the normal trolley full that we once only need to shop at Woolworths .
  Norwest is another 5km up the road we will be going there in the future till they stuff that one up as well .
  If ever a company was forcing loyal longtime customers to shop around Woolworths wins the prize . GOD KNOWS we may have to go to ALDI
