I have been calling the the centre for the last hour to make a specialist appointment. The specialist receptionist doesn't answer and I get disconnected, The medical receptionist picks up the phone after a while then hangs up! This is not the first time this happened. I wonder if the doctors and the management know how much bossiness they are losing!

Terrible for anything other an emergency, Doctors are only interested in churning patients and not actually diagnosing what you may be there for. If you have another option do yourself a favor and go there instead.

Your receptionists are amazing, and empathetic. Your medical pros useless. Jesus Christ any slower and they’d rust! So far two hours last appointment time and still 8 people before me. Doctors walking out like they got all the time in the world. Never come back here again. Dopes

Unfortunately a couple of the front counter reception staff are unbelievably lacking in empathy. Why they’ve chosen to work within a service oriented industry is beyond me. Extremely void of any type of triage experience or even common sense. VERY disappointing and unfortunately very upsetting experience. Would not go back if same staff present. They need some serious training.

I understand some of the reviews of this place cos I have seen bad doctors here before. However, Dr Chanda is amazing! She is kind, genuine, and goes above and beyond to help you. I can't praise her enough. If you are looking for a great GP in the Hills, I'd 100% recommend Dr Chanda.

We attended on Saturday evening 30/9/17. Kerry at the reception desk was fantastic as we arranged our 10 year old son to be treated for a dog bite. Soon after we were seen by Dr. Singh who was the only treating doctor at the time. Without going into to much detail the doctor barely acknowledged our son and it was obvious that he was hardly interested in serving us. He was very grumpy in his attitude. Told us to find out if the dog has rabies (pretty sure doesn't exist in dogs within Australia) creating a stressor for us. Script for anti-biotics provided but did not have confidence in this doctor. Enough to contact our own doctor when available to confirm the information and anti-biotics provided. Would not recommend from our experience.

Went in on a Sunday with excruciating ear pain, blocked ear, couldn’t hear.
Dr spent a whole of 1 minute with me! Said there was nothing wrong and to just take panadol.
The pain ended up being unbearable so I went to the hospital ended up on panadene forte and endone.
Dr diagnosed me with an aggressive ear infection and I’m now waiting for my eardrum to burst.
How can a doctor be so unreliable and untrustworthy. A total waste of tax payers money and hospital staff time. I could have avoided a trip to the hospital had I been seen by a legitimate doctor.response / report this review -

I took my 1 year old here with high fevers, the female doctor we saw seemed completely disinterested in my child. She looked in her ears for maybe 1 second and told me my child had a virus and there was nothing I could do. 8 hours later I went for a second opinion as she was getting worse. Turned out she had a "raging ear infection that would have been evident for at least 48 hours", pity the doctor we saw at the Hills Medical Centre couldn't be bothered looking properly.
All she was interested in was getting us in and out of her room as fast as possible, they are obviously paid per patient.
If you want a correct diagnosis from a doctor who gives a damn don't go here!response / report this review -

My son was misdiagnosed by two doctors in this place. Doctors was very irresponsible. My neighbor had the same problem too. My son had hand, foot and mouth. Her son had impetigo. Our usual doctor does not work during the weekend. She only work in this practice once a week. The joke is the doctors we've seen says our kids are ok to attend school.
Is not a big deal. Which is not true. Our doctor have diagnosed my kids have hand mouth and foot. I don't know how can them became a doctor, as a mum I can tell the symptom. All they need is to swipe your card. There is a very rude Indian doctor who only seen us for 2 minutes. And the other one took longer time. However both of them didn't write anything on their record. My doctor found out for me. Parents don't come to here to waste your time. The best doctor in here is DR LIU. Very responsible. She only work on Monday in this practice for few hours.

Good doctors by and large. Pharmacy is 2 - 3 times the price of the place I usually go. My $10 medication identical in every way was $27!!

Very efficient and professional staff. Neat and clean place with Chemist. Doctors are very friendly and remember you by face and name if you are regular visitor.
