  Noisy traffic in the street - double glazing is poor. Disasterous interior design - no door in the bedroom - means lots of light. Overall not a place to get a good night's sleep!

  Good location and huge room (booked the executive apartment) but that's about it.
  The place can't make up its mind whether it is a hotel or an apartment. There is a kitchenette that you are not expected to use (because there is no extractor fan and a smoke alarm is right over the hob); the management is tight with coffee for the rooms (despite providing Nescafe machines) and there is no washing machine on premises.
