Location is ok, walking to the karlsplats only 10mnt. Breakfast is upscale class great service any many option. But when you come with group using big bus a bit problem because the road to narrow. Problem with the luggage, strongly suggest must order porterage service. Also problem for disable people, there was 5 stairs to get to the lift also to get to lobby some small stair. The room ok, some are very small for single room and no bathtub.

It's difficult to fault this hotel. It's well located, 10 to 15 minutes walk from all the main attractions. Our room was elegant, comfortable and quiet at night. Breakfast was good with great coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Property as such is good. Beware of the guy who mans the reception (don't recollect the name) - stinking racist attitude and zero decency (came right inside the room at the pretext of fixing a telephone line, without even bothering to ask for permission or whether the family inside is ok)

Quiet location, 7 minutes walk from Karlsplatz. Lovely staff. Superb buffet breakfast. We upgraded to a Romantic room which was lovely. We would definitely stay again if in Vienna. Recommended.

I was at the hotel for 3 days because of a conference, but even if I was there to work I really enjoied the place. Very nice, warming and clean. Beatufull!

Great hotel, located within 20 minute walk from the Historic Center of Vienna. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Very good location, great breakfast and the service was great! Waitresses and the reception guy, they really make you feel like at home. The only negative point was that the AC was unable to be regulated so it was summer but the room was very cold, I had to open windows and door to regulate temperature. Rather than that everything was perfect.
