Room was nice and clean, but hotel does not have a parking place as it was stated over all booking sites. Personal said that hotel used to have it, but not anymore for ca.6 months. So if you do not have it anymore, how long are you going to wait to correct it?

Rooms were cold, especially the showers (the heaters didn't work - we traveled around Austria and had over 5 booked hotels, this was COLD and the worst), very dark rooms, the room smelled bad (sewerage/toilet smell), TV didn't work at all - uncomfortable in general, maintenance in general was bad. We asked to change the room and if there is a possible way to take care of the problem, we were told it will be taken care of the next day, on the next day there was a different official in the loby that wasn't updated and didn't help with our problem which felt uncomfortable, we did get a heater for the room but nothing was done with the one not working in the shower room - The hotel looks good only in pictures. Wifi connection was good and bed was comfortable.

Large, comfortable and basic rooms at budget prices and convenient location for sightseeing. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, with some excellent tips on where to visit, and emailed in advance to advise the desk is only manned until 10pm. Would recommend.

Terrible breakfast, horrible coffee stairways smelled like ashtrey. Pillows were paper thin.
On the bright side very good wifi.

Small hotel in a good location for accessing the palace and zoo by foot. Reception staff were great as well and the room was clean.

Location is so close to Schloss Schöbrunn. The hotel staff is very friendly and English speaking. The room is very nice with a great bathroom. No air conditioning but fan is available.
