Very nice location in a child friendly neighborhood, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and smell nice. The furniture is new but not very stylish.

Ventilation in the room is really bad. It is hard to breathe and you can not open windows. Service at the lobby did not speak fluent English. Breakfast is not included and parking also At the end price is not so attractive. Breakfast is decent.

Nice budget accommodation, breakfast is not included but it costs 12 euros which is average for the city. Nice entrance lobby but not good views. Very well located not far from amenities and underground u3 which is really fast.

We were at the hotel one night, on 25 July 2017. We were 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. We took a family room (where there was a crib at our request) and a double room. All in all, the rooms were very cozy, the WIFI worked well and we enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. Getting to the hotel from the airport is easy, and we also made use of the underground car park. The children enjoyed playing in the playroom. The most positive thing about the hotel - the wonderful staff. It is important for us to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the lovely Christina, who helped us a lot in handling the replacement of the vehicle we received from AVIS.

Great hotel, very comfortable beds, the room was spick and span, very neat and modern. Aircon was perfect. Food downstairs was very filling and plentiful

FRAUD !! FRAUD !! FRAUD !!
Stay away from this hotel run by those practicing fraud. I was not supposed to pay for advanced booking of many months ahead. My booking agent told me that I did not need to pay anything until check-in/out. They billed immediately the whole stay illegally and refused refund. My booking agent ask why they charged right away and they shamelessly said that it was to test my credit card and they billed in full way ahead. Very aggressive and shameless practice !!! ILLEGAL and FRAUD ! Plus outrageous policy of 90% penalty for any cancellation/modification 40 days before your stay and 100% of penalty after that date (40 days prior to the stay). Once you book with this JUFA, your are robbed (at least 90%) no matter what!!! I wish that I could find a Negative one star for this hotel with disgusting billing practice on this rating!response / report this review -

Great hotel with easy access to motorway and easy access to the subway so really easy to get to the city center. Nice place to stay with nice breakfast as well and nice pub /bar open 24 hrs.

We stayed one night here with my fiance. Staff were very friendly and helpful, one housekeeper turned around from the stairs to help me open the door while my hands were full of delicious coffees.
The room was nicely designed, lot of space to store your clothes and other belongings. Toilet separate from bathroom.
Parking is free on the street but in wintertime it's definitely worth paying and leave the car in the covered 'tiefgarage' of the hotel that is located on floor -1.
Seemed to be a nice place for a longer stay.response / report this review
