The rooms barely fulfilled minimum standards. For electricity I was provided a loose extension cord but no visible outlet, and had to reorganise the beds to find it. The first day I woke up by the neighbours alarm as if it had been just next to me, so do not expect any kind of privacy. Several parts of both the room and the shared toilets and bathrooms were also in need of maintenance.

The staff were not exactly unfriendly, but not helpful either. When I checked in I felt almost unwanted. In the breakfast buffet they did not refill some of the goods unless explicitly asked, despite it being more than two hours left of the allotted time.

The best thing about the place was it's location. 150 meter from Westbahnhof and Maria Hilfer Straße it was close both to shopping and commute.

Very good and professional hostel. next to church where nuns used to live. very professional setup with small details looked at like website, internet, naming rooms after famous Austrians and write-up in room. another expensive city .. but a good hostel and value for money. I stayed in a single private room with washbasin and shared bathroom.

Very easy to find and the front desk was very helpful. Gave us suggestions for dinner and where to go. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean as well as the shower room.

Cheap and clean. Nothing fancy but still a good place if you need place to stay. Breakfast was good.

We had a nice, peaceful, comfortable stay here and would definitely return. The breakfast was very good. Good value for the price. Helpful, pleasant staff. Good location. Nice atmosphere.
