Ottimo hotel, perfetto in tutto, ma scandaloso il fatto che nessuno alla reception parli un minimo di italiano, essendo a 30 km dal confine ed avendo tanti ospiti italiani. Io sono italiana e di una località turistica e nei nostri hotels siamo noi che conosciamo la lingua degli ospiti e non ci aspettiamo che loro sappiano l'italiano.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Sehr kinderfreundlich und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr groß. Sogar die Schränke bieten mehr als ausreichenden Stauraum. Außerdem gab es in unserem 3 Bett Zimmer (Ehepaar mit Kind) eine separate Toilette und 2 Waschbecken im Bad. Das allein ist ja schon Luxus.

A great stay with family and small kids. They even provided us with a charging 🔌 plug for our hybrid vehicle at no additional cost!

Roomservice was inaccurate. In the entire hotel smelled of cigarettes that you can smoke in the middle. One Lady in Reception (with dark hair and glasses) worked as a punishment. You should pay for dressing-gown. Parking was for free, but they had to less places for whole cars ! And the swimming pool - I never saw such a small place in 4 stars hotel. In my opinion - this hotel deserves only 2 stars.
