It's a really nice hotel. Right in the middle of old part of the town.
The shower however wasn't all that great and the room were a bit dark.

Historical hotel, right next to the main square and all the most important monuments. Very nice, confortable, large and clean rooms. Really really outgoing staff at the reception, speaking english, italian and german. Cool breakfast.

Well rounded amenities, location and comfort. A bit too Gothic and old for me with its decor and smelly animal heads on the corridor walls.

The location was just fabulous, close to the Main Street but also from the tourist center. The rooms were smallish but considering their location I don't blame the for optimizing space. Breakfast was good too with a wide spread. Parking available for €11 for 24 hours. The heater in our room was broken and they offered us another room. Unfortunately that one had the heater broken too. They then happily let us spend the night in a 3rd room because it just wasn't possible to move the luggage so late at night. It was a bit of inconvenience but nevertheless it ended fine.

Good location and nice staff. Room is a bit underwhelming and there is no view other than someone else's balcony. The rooms are a touch airless and require the windows to be open at night for fresh air even in winter. No double duvet either which is apparently the norm in Austria. Room service limited to light snacks. Breakfast is nice and plenty of choice including cooked eggs and bacon to order. Overall it's ok but probably a bit over priced. Innsbruck is lovely though so recommend the hotel based on its location.

Maria at the front desk is fantastic. Very helpful staff. Rooms are clean with a modern design. Comfortable beds. Breakfast provided has a lot of variety and fresh food. Has an elevator for heavy luggage. Central location with lots of dining & shopping within meters of the front door.
